Terms of Service – Lynne’s Loving Touch
These terms apply when you purchase products from Lynne’s Loving Touch through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We sell personalised and non-personalised products, including clothing, pyjamas, mugs and gifts. As many products are made or personalised especially for each customer, please check all details carefully before submitting your order.
Personalisation
You are responsible for providing the correct spelling of names, numbers, sizes, colours and any other personalisation requested.
We will produce personalised items using the information supplied with your order. We cannot normally accept a return because of an error in information supplied by the customer.
If we make an error when producing your order, please contact us and we will put it right.
Orders and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
An order is subject to acceptance by Lynne’s Loving Touch. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
Product images and colours
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and the printing or manufacturing process.
Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide. Occasionally circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
Website use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to an order will be those in effect when that order is placed.
